We build the studio focused on versatility and adaptability. the options are limitless: from private dining events, gatherings, photography or videography purposes.

*Fun fact: you can actually drive into the studio! (Subjected to approval)

Each rental starts at a minimum of 4 hours. the rental period is inclusive of set-up, test shoot, makeup and post-shoot tear down and clean up. All additional usage over the booking period will be charged 1.5 times per hour at the agreed rate.

We currently accept payment via PayNow and bank transfer. All prices indicated and/or quoted for shall be in Singapore dollars. A deposit of 50% will be collected upon 7 days after confirmation of booking. the deposit is non-refundable should the booking be subjected to cancellation and/or change of date. Should the booker cancel or make changes to the booking in less than 7 days from the booking, the full cost of the booking will be incurred.

A corkage fee of $200 will be charged should the booker decide to bring in their own alcohol. For all external caterers, there will be a surcharge of $150.

To ensure that all our bookers enjoy the space fairly, we ought to ensure that the space is maintained and kept spick and span. To enforce that, we have a varied cleaning fee penalty should the place be not kept up to original condition.

We put our heart and soul into building the space for all. so all equipment, appliances, fixtures should be used with reasonable care. Should there be any damages, the booker will be subjected to its full cost and a 20% replacement fee.
